Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. We were the last order of the night and they too good care of us as if we were the first. The GM went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Definitely worth every penny!!!

The press burger itself is pretty underwhelming, for 11 dollars you get a basic cheese burger with nothing on it except one extra topping. The meat to bun ratio is not great, get more bun then meat really. The Chicago dog was great, and is probably the only thing worth getting from the here again. it's pricey, but I found myself much more satisfied with the price for what I got.

The sandwiches tasted good, would order the crispy chicken again, however you can only add 1 item, I chose onions and there was about 1 tbsp of chopped onions added on. Hot dogs were good, but already cold on arrival.  The French fries I had ordered were missing.  This was my first experience ordering Burger Press. Because quality of food received was overall fresh and tasted good, I will probably give them a second chance.

The <<taggedItemId=6864369066>>6pc Chicken Finger Basket<</taggedItemId>> wasn't the best, pretty poor quality chicken for the price. The<<taggedItemId=4071549523>> Cheese Curd<</taggedItemId>>s were terrible, wouldn't recommend.

So first I'll say, the burgers and fries are excellent here. They are pricey though (typically around $50 for a family of three) but we are willing to endulge from time to time.  

The main problem is there is no way to add notes or get things like condiments on the side in the DoorDash app. I get that they want to make things streamlined for the staff but  at this price I need to be able to do things like ask for my spread on the side. Or include ketchup packets. Or get my burger without a bun for keto. Or whatever.  Don't treat me like I'm at McDonald's. Act like the premium burger spot you are.  Your quality and price demand it.
