Best BBQ in the Northwest hands down.  I spent 50 years in the restaurant business, trust me I know what I'm talking about. True smoked meats.  Best potato salad in the world.  

The half chicken was decent. It was juicy and lots of flavor. The pork sandwich had almost no sauce and was incredibly dry. The coleslaw had tons of sugar and did not taste good at all. Beans were OK but no great. the chilli was swimming in grease.

Pulled pork meal was really expensive and the 2nd side was missing.  I know most people love this place, it was just not my cup of tea flavor wise.  The bootlegger pudding wasn't "pudding like" it was dried boozy bread with boozy frosting.  The French bread was so toasted I couldn't bite it.  Coleslaw has onions and no sweetness at all.  Again personal preference.   The dragon wheel potatoes were not cleaned of nasty spots before cooking, very few carrots and the pork was so hard the fork could not pierce it to try to eat it.  One last over all aside from the pulled pork portion, all portions were super small compared to the price.  $9 for a loaf of French bread?? 

THE PULLED PORK SANDWICH ADD CHEESE & THE POLISH SAUSAGE SANDWICH IS THE BEST.

Super good I love their french dip, beef & chicken sandwich!!!
