Straight from the bines of BC Hop Ranch (@bchopranch) in Woodburn, Oregon, the full and unadulterated cones of Citra deliver a sensory overload of the delicate thiols and terpenes often lost during the kilning process. The beer exudes bright notes of key lime, tangerine, and vibrant passionfruit all layered on a canvas of overripe Alphonso mango.
