cheese wasn't even a little melted or warm, soup was good at least.

This sandwich was 90% sauerkraut 8% bread and 2% corned beef. The other thing was missing was the Russian dressing.  So the sandwich just tasted like a vinegar sandwich. I ordered right near closing time so maybe it's a one off, but I doubt I will take a chance on ordering again.

I ordered right near closing time so maybe it's a one off, but I doubt I will take a chance on ordering again. 

I've eaten here twice, and Charlie's Rachel was great... Ordering the third time, in comparison the sandwich was horrid; not even toasted like the prior ones had been. I tried to calling the store to tell them about my concerns; three tries and no one answered the phone -- I'm left reassembling and toasting the bread of my sandwich before eating. If I had been at the restaurant I would have returned it.  For a $20+ sandwich I expect more. I'll be looking for a new sandwich place, as I doubt I will be returning.... yes, the sandwich was that bad.

Love this place, the staff are friendly and helpful every time I swing by and they've got; as far as I know; one of the best cuban sandwiches in town with the most juicy and tender flavorful pork. The brownies are a worthy treat as well, especially if you warm them up for about 5-10 seconds in a microwave.
