What is the point of ordering cream cheese and bagel without cream cheese! obviously I can't go out and get any or I would not have ordered with you all. why would I want a bagel with no cream cheese, jelly, or nothing. that was my lunch and I m stuck with it , so basically I don't have anything but a coffee drink. the brownies were for dessert tonight. I just can't see how they failed to give me cream cheese and it's a bagel. that's very important and then ride off before I can check bag. I should get a refund. this sucks!
