Got the Char Siu Bao. Great garnish on the outside. Little dry on the inside. The outside dough is nice and chewy. The filling is not the typical juicy Malaysian Chinese Char Siu Bao if you're looking for that. I have not tasted Bao from China so I cannot give an accurate gauge on authenticity.
