The baked potato with chopped beef is huge. The Ellis County Brisket Burger is excellent and I loved the cheeseburger in paradise soup today minus the mushrooms I removed. 

Sliced brisket, and turkey were dry, and the coleslaw had no flavor. The jalapeño sausage, mashed potatoes and pinto beans were great. 

Simply love the ribs! The loaded tater tots aren't so bad either! 


I couldn't remember which BBQ place I told myself I wouldn't order from again.....well, I figured it out. It's Ellis County BBQ. Not blaming the restaurant but myself for not remembering my mental note.  Super dry brisket.   I'm sure it's better if you order in.

The meat on the baked potatoes was super dry and hard as if it were old . There was barely any cheese on it either and the whole thing was super cold.
