Ordered half chicken meal.   My bag arrived marked 1 of 1 with no chicken, in a bag way to small to even contain a half chicken.   Mashed potatoes were brown from being held hot to long and taste like raw garlic, Mac was a cold block.   

Every was amazing, from the customer service at pick-up to the food.
