Meats. All meat dishes are served with Mexican rice and refried beans or cholesterol-free "De la olla" and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
Your choice of steak, chicken, or shrimp, marinated in our own special sauce with onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Served with sour cream, guacamole, Mexican rice, refried beans or cholesterol free "De la olla" and flour or corn tortillas.
Eggs. Egg dishes are served with Mexican rice and refried beans, cholesterol-free "De la olla", or coleslaw and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
In order to accommodate our vegetarian guests, our chef has created the following menu items. Many other items on the menu may also be prepared vegetarian. Please ask your server.
Seafood.
Our traditional taco salad is served in a crisp flour tortilla shell with cheese melted over the meat, then topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and ranchero sauce. *Not served in a tortilla bowl.
Our enchiladas are prepared with two corn tortillas combined to make one "Grande" enchilada. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans or cholesterol-free "De la olla". *Our house made red enchilada sauce includes peanut butter. Please inform your server if you would like to substitute green enchilada sauce. Make any enchilada a deluxe (lettuce, guacamole and sour cream) for additional cost.
