Fooood was firreeee 10/10, when I saw all the negative reviews I damn near cancelled my order but decided to give them a chance cause Im from the city and I love harolds. Reminded me of my fav one on 87th food was hot fresh, my chicken  tenders were seasoned well with pepper and drenched in mild sauce n lemon pepper just like I wanted. Now I got everything I want out here definitely a satisfied customer, I ordered through door dash it was here in 20-25 min nice and prompt I will be ordering again

Be sure to get your sauce on the side. If you're ordering wings, I think they all come with fries. Great food, good portions, good seasoning. If you're about wings, you're gonna like this place.

Wings, Perch & Fries were fresh and hot. Forgot coleslaw, but the rest of food was great so it made up for it & they apologized when I called. I  had Catfish another time & it was great too.  Glad to have a Harold’s not too far away. 

The Catfish filet was thin, mostly breading and only half of a filet. The mixed half chicken did not include a thigh but a small breast, 2 tiny wings, and small leg. The order was to include sauce on and extra included. NO SAUCE given at all. No cold slaw given. Orders from this location are ALWAYS missing something or incorrect. I am done ordering from Harolds.

I am from New Jersey and I was recommended Harold's by Chicago natives and I have to say I am extremely disappointed. It tastes just like Popeyes chicken (which I do not like what so ever). Just wasnt a good wing. Additionally, it was EXTREMELY salty. This was also my first time having "mild sauce" which was underwhelming, to say the least. My order arrived cold and soggy (fault of the delivery driver) with that being said, it did NOT help with the inibilty to enjoy the food. If youre from the east coast, this may not be the wings for you.
