I absolutely LOVE Ho Won Express.  The food is AMAZING, portions are large and delicious.  This is my FAV Chinese restaurant in Vista!

This is quickly becoming our favorite Chinese takeout. We enjoy their a la carte dishes. As Asians who grew up in Asia, we are particular about Chinese food. We are delighted that Ho Won uses produce that is fresh and of good quality. And the ingredients are all cut nicely in bite-sizes and mindfully prepared with care you can taste.  We especially like their Mongolian Beef, <<taggedItemId=398524572>>Potato Chicken<</taggedItemId>>, and Chop Suey.
