I ordered the French dip + cheddar with tots, tempura cauliflower with ranch dressing, and a piece of huckleberry cheesecake. Every single item had something wrong with it or was missing entirely.  There was no cheese on my French dip and I received fries instead of tots, no ketchup despite my requesting it and it being on the ticket, no ranch for my cauliflower and no cheesecake at all. 

I'm not that picky but when I pay over $50 for a meal for one person, I expect it to at least include the items I paid for. The fries and the dip were also strangely bitter. Like chemical tasting. Such a disappointing waste of money. 

I've ordered from them many times in the past, always the same order, and although there may be a couple of mistakes here and there, it's never been this bad. 

I probably won't be ordering from them anymore. It appears that they lack quality control and just don't care about customers who are not eating in-house. The receipt on the bag had all of the correct items on it and it wouldn't be too hard to do a quick check to ensure that the order was made correctly and included all of the items the customer requested and paid for. I've worked in quite a few different restaurants in my life and it's pretty standard to double check orders with their tickets. Unless you don't care either way.
