Fish and chips, Cesar salad is better than many (super fresh), coleslaw is my favorite compared to bbq places (also very fresh and light).  These are things I would never try at a fast-food place, but trust me these sides are dine-in restaurant quality.  Ivars is a Seattle icon for a reason!

The clam chowder was great and amazingly hot considering it was delivered. The clams were okay but agree with previous comments that say theres a lot of breading and not much clam, totally true. Fries were borderline cold.. Chowder was the best part. 

The food is very well prepared and the service is great

then it was on the water front .

I am very unhappy! Everything was cold except the chowder. The fish was limp and soggy. The fries were rubbery and dry. The cold slaw was watery and looked like it had been sitting a while. The chowder was the best bur even it was not hot. Feels like we were sent day old food.

Food was good. The Cajun cod doesn't have much flavor with a slight spice to it. We ordered coleslaw that never came and there was no sauces or crackers for the chowder which we ordered as well. You can't add special instructions either or say "extra sauce" to make sure you get any.
