I always leave a lot of instructions because my household has a lot of preferences and restriction. They always follow every letter and the food is always incredible. Here and at every other Kenny's restaurant. One of my all time faves.

The burger tastes burnt, and the Onion Rings Are soggy and falling apart.

Order was late( restaurant, not dasher), food was stale and cold.

Will not order from again.

The burger was severely under seasoned so there was no flavor. All you could really taste was sweet pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. The American cheese added a nice mouth feel but again, no added flavor. I don't understand why there's a $7.99 delivery fee for the food that was produced. Very disappointing.
