Rava dosa; crispy dosa made with unroasted fine rava/semolina, rice flourand spices & herb. It will take more time than regular dosa- 10 to 15 min note; masala or any paste can’t be spread on this dosa.

Uttapam is thicker and soft spongy made of dosa batter served with 3 types of chutney and sambar optional; green chilly /welldone/ oil/ spicy level.

Note; kids dosa all served with regular sambar and coconut chutney only you may ask ketchup.
