Specialty Tea Drinks - Green Teas

We steep each cup fresh, at the time of order, with loose leaf tea using purified water. Temperatures and brew times are strictly controlled to provide you the perfect, freshest cup of your favorite tea. Green tea is a type of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves and buds that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to make white teas, oolong teas, and black teas. Green teas are fired right after harvest to halt oxidation.

Specialty Tea Drinks - White Teas

We steep each cup fresh, at the time of order, with loose leaf tea using purified water. Temperatures and brew times are strictly controlled to provide you the perfect, freshest cup of your favorite tea. White tea refers to one of several styles of tea which generally feature young or minimally processed leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Sweet, softly floral. White teas are air-dried on bamboo racks. Just barely oxidized, like a wilted flower.

Specialty Tea Drinks - Oolong Teas

We steep each cup fresh, at the time of order, with loose leaf tea using purified water. Temperatures and brew times are strictly controlled to provide you the perfect, freshest cup of your favorite tea. Oolong tea is produced through a process including withering the plant under strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. Most oolong teas, especially those of fine quality, involve unique tea plant cultivars that are exclusively used for particular varieties.

Specialty Tea Drinks - Black Teas

We steep each cup fresh, at the time of order, with loose leaf tea using purified water. Temperatures and brew times are strictly controlled to provide you the perfect, freshest cup of your favorite tea. Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, yellow, white, and green teas. Black tea is generally stronger in flavor than other teas. All five types are made from leaves of the shrub (or small tree) Camellia sinensis.

Specialty Tea Drinks - Dark Teas (Pu-Erh)

Fermented teas of green or black oxidation. Pu'er or pu-erh is a variety of fermented tea traditionally produced in Yunnan province, China. In the context of traditional Chinese tea production terminology, fermentation refers to microbial fermentation and is typically applied after the tea leaves have been sufficiently dried and rolled. Dark teas, such as pu-erh, are allowed to age and ferment, yielding smooth and mellow flavors with earthy notes.

Specialty Tea Drinks - Herbal Infusions

Herbal infusions may contain a single herb, but typically are custom blends of a couple, a few, or many different herbs and flowers. They can make a very pleasing beverage, often with calming or medicinal effects. Nearly all herbal infusions are naturally caffeine-free, with some rare exceptions such as yerba-maté or yerbe-mate.
