The tea & cakes were great, custard cakes were still warm & tasted amazing! I got the equivalent of triple in the pearl tea, so had added pudding and coconut jelly. 
However, Imagine my surprise when I found no large bubble tea straw! Had to open top, skim fluid off top with regular straw & eat contents on bottom with a spoon, which luckily I actually had myself. 
Seeing as you guys are the bubble tea experts, you simply cannot forget the straw!!
Otherwise, overall the snack & drink were excellent.
