If you like noodles this is the best in Lafayette. This was my first time ordering delivery and it was still spectacular. Fulfilling portions, price does not disappoint. I usually get the spicy braised beef noodle but this time I got the <<taggedItemId=7169823504>>N6. 顺化牛肉粉Shunhua Beef Rice Noodle - OL<</taggedItemId>> and it may be better! The roast duck noodle soup is great as well. First time trying their fried noodles and I am a fan. <<taggedItemId=7169832760>>F5.炒乌冬 Fried Udon - OL<</taggedItemId>> was wonderful. I would highly recommend going in person!

The spicy braised beef noodle soup was okay. Spicy? Yes. But the beef, what little there was, was so soft and flavorless, it shouldn't have been there. I had to add lime, cilantro, and green onions to make it worth the calories. 

The pot stickers were terrible. They had no integrity or flavor. On top of that, there was no sauce. Not once in my life have I had dumplings with no sauce. 

The Shanghai spring rolls were oily and flavorless. The inside was just mush. 

Maybe it was an off night. I sure hope so.

I used to love ordering from this store, especially with ny favorite noodles but after seeing an ingredient i hate (octopus) i now have trust  issues with this store.
