The Freebird is wonderful, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The chicken is deboned so it's easy to serve and share.  The sauce is fantastic, yummy mushrooms, crispy potatoes melt in your mouth. Definitely will order again!

Burgers are always amazing and the fry's are delicious!

Otis is my family's Go-To for delivery Burgers. Their food always arrives hot--it amazes us. Their quality is superb. We usually get The Highwayman, The Ferndale, & the kids burger. Their fries are great. Broccolini is great. Cheese curds are awesome but I dip them in a home marinara or ranch sauce. I don't love their sauce--but the curds are Ace. Recently I ordered their Salmon. I was afraid to get fish delivered but OMG it was hot & amazing. Cooked to perfection. 

Added Chicken to the meal, along with a $10 side of Chicken tenders for my Daughter.  My $10 add on of Chicken was very overdone.  Not enjoyable, most of it was saved for the dogs dinner, unfortunately.  My daughters tenders and fries were very good.  

That said, with the dasher tip and single delivery fee (so my dasher didn't make multiple stops and my food was fresh....) I spent $62 on a meal for 1 adult and a 9 year old.  

Absolutely out of control.  Shame on me, not Otis.
Could have, should have - been better.

It has been before.  This is my first bad meal from them.  Probably the absurd prices (I know, that I chose to pay) that soured me today.

Anyway, be aware of the add-on and extra costs.
