Beef noodle soup (rice noodle). Our popular Vietnamese pho bo (beef noodle soup) are served with scallions onions and cilantro. Also with bean sprouts, fresh basil, sliced lime, and green chili pepper on the side. All the soup are beef broth. You also have the option to pick chicken broth as well. Please read carefully before making selection. * For extra meat, it is PER TYPE, if choose more than 1, additional charge will apply. Certain meats listed will be raw on the side. Also, please note that flank and brisket look exactly the same.

Chef's specialty.

Stir-fried noodle. Noodle are made from mixed of Tapioca Starch and Rice.

Pad Thai Noodle (Rice Noodle). All Pad Thai Dishes use egg, and have peanut topping.

Rice plates. Each dish is served with tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and fish vinaigrette on side.

Vermicelli. At our restaurant, our vermicelli noodle (rice noodle) bowls are mix mixed with vegetables of shredded lettuce, mint, peanut topping, and bean sprouts. You can substitute between shrimp, pork, chicken, or beef. And your choice of either peanut sauce or fish sauce.

Beverage.
