Family came to town.  We had a super delicious meal.  We had Laing with shrimp, Coconut Curry Chicken, Pancit Mahal, and Alimasag Fried Rice. Everything was tasty and perfect.  I recommend all the dishes. 

Purple Patch is usually soooo good, but the actual meat was rather tough and dry this time - even being marinated and in a stewed/sauce dish. Ive had similar experiences with other dishes and other doordash orders, unfortunately. They usually package everything nicely, however. But they did forget to add my lumpia in the bag. I think it's just one of those restaurants you have to eat in-person and not as to-go. Which is fine, because it's usually worth the trip. 

Seriously delicious Filipino food!  My parents grew up in the Philippines and I've eaten a Filipino food at family gatherings all my life.  Yes, this place IS expensive, but I expect that from food of this quality in this neighborhood. Everything here is amazing. Can't go wrong with the Calamansi Tokwa, any of the adobos, pancit, pastries, or sinigang!! Food arrived well packed and warm. 

My go to spot for Filipino breakfast and other comfort foods such as chicken adobo and arroz caldo. When I have that urge for beloved Filipino  food I can rely on Purple Patch to fill that gap.
