I just moved back to Philly after 23 years (!) and I'm SO glad Ralph's is as spectacular as it used to be. And now they even deliver. I particularly love their mussels marinara (which I get fra diavolo) and their homemade cavatelli in red sauce (which I get with their excellent meatballs).  There is nothing they make that isn't delicious. 

Food order was accurate but <<taggedItemId=124094944>>chicken Parmigiana<</taggedItemId>> was dry...hardly any says.  Dude order of Pasta was that same.

Chicken Marsala was all butter and no  marsala  wine, threw it out. 
The Pappardelle Primavera was tasteless., threw that out as well.
