This is the dough we make from scratch and use as the basis for pizzas, cinnamon rolls, flatbreads, and more. It's easy to work with: Thaw on the countertop for several hours or overnight in the fridge. 550g package makes a 14" thin crust, 12" traditional crust, or 10" thick crust pizza, or 6 cinnamon rolls.
