Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is famous for its amazing selection of old-fashioned gourmet caramel apples. They all start with a crisp, green Granny Smith apple smothered with thick and chewy handmade caramel, then dipped in a variety of yummy toppings for a "just right" combination of tart and sweet. **WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ASKING FOR THE APPLE TO BE SLICED AS IT WILL START TO TURN ABOUT 15-20 MIN AFTER SLICING.**

Fudge

Rich, smooth and creamy, our fudge is made the old fashioned way: with fresh, wholesome ingredients, cooked in copper kettles, then formed by hand into a huge "loaf" on a massive marble slab, then cut into hearty hunks of goodness.
