Food was delicious! Felt light the <<taggedItemId=1971178317>>Pollo <</taggedItemId>>Asado was slightly overpriced for the portion size compared to what I'm used to at other restaurants (inflation duh!) but was very filling and maybe the presentation would have been different in the restaurant apposed to take away. Portabella and <<taggedItemId=4854140>>Portobello & Spinach<</taggedItemId>> enchiladas were amazing and the chips and salsa was an unexpected and delightful touch for delivery. Definitely will go to the restaurant and/or order again!

Ordered food at 5pm on a Friday, understanding up front that it may take a little longer than another weekday. Delivery time was listed at 37 to 42 minutes, which seemed reasonable for a Friday night. Placed the order at 5:05pm and at 6:25pm our Dasher texted to inform us he was having multiple issues with the order and was contacting Doordash to drop the order, which we agreed with. Have had issues with Salsa Brava and  Urban Egg with wait times being pretty far off of what we were told when dining in, this latest bad experience is the one that will keep us from frequenting either of these two establishments in the future. Unfortunate, because the food is good, just not good enough to overcome poor service.

Arrived faster than anticipated and was absolutely delicious!

The chips were good, but the rest of the meal was awful. the carne asada tasted burnt, it lacked flavor.
