sea urchin. Uní color and size may vary due to the rough ocean. Lately we are getting uni from Hokkaido. My supplier boats are not going out on our side of the ocean for some time. Hokkaido uni may come small and darker. Santa Barbara and Humboldt uni is yellow and larger. Thank you.

The portions are incredible, so make an adjustment on the order size. The sushi about 50% bigger than you'd expect! 

Wow! Had low expectations after picking up my meal (restaurant didn't have the best vibe) and I was completely wrong. Fish was incredible. Best sushi I've had in a long time, much better quality than it needed to be. Highly recommend the saba, hon hamachi, sliced ahi tuna, and seared mini scallops. Will be ordering again for sure!

compared to the other sancha, the quality of sushi was not good. only basic sushi there given the price I paid 

Always delicious. They also always get the orders correct and everything is consistently yummy. Lots of vegetarian options, too! 

Ordered a 4 item Build your own chirashi bowl and an order of Sushi.   Quality of the fish was a positive.  However, the sushi rice in both dishes was completely inedible - not completely cooked (rice was hard) and they did not use any sushi vinegar.
