Handmade chocolate truffles provided by local candy artisan, Kimberly Bannick, of Toute Douceur Candy.

A hand rolled dark Guittard chocolate espresso ganache center, made with freshly ground Coda espresso and an espresso bean pressed into each truffle and  finished with a dark chocolate shell.

These are a play on how red velvet cake used to be made—with beets to give it that red color, not food coloring. The ganache center is made with a mix of organic cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and white chocolate--made vibrantly red from beets soaked in heavy cream. They are hand rolled and dipped in white chocolate with a little side dip into dark chocolate for some added flair

Red Velvet

The white chocolate ganache center is made with local Limocello liqueur and lemon oil. They are hand rolled and dipped in Guittard dark chocolate and garnished with lemon flaked sea salt.

These truffles have a Guittard milk chocolate ganche with pecan pieces and Bulleit bourbon, hand-rolled, dipped in milk chocolate and topped with bourbon candied pecan pieces.

One of the better bakeries of the little man group, top tier sammies

Didnt have the <<taggedItemId=5765607901>>Mint Chip<</taggedItemId>> ice cream, so I only got the <<taggedItemId=5569097905>>Mexican Chocolate<</taggedItemId>> and <<taggedItemId=5569097917>>Salted Oreo<</taggedItemId>>. Mexican Chocolate was delicious, however the Salted Oreo is extremely, extremely salty. Like so bad I could only take three or so bites and couldn't taste anything other than salt, not even any sweetness.
