Tortilla wasfried a little hard. In the past when i have birria tacos they close them and melt the cheese, these were the first birria tacos i had that were left open. The food was good though,

I ordered the Dos Tacos Combo and Elote. The tacos were delicious and the tortilla was one of the best I've had in Birmingham. The beans were also delicious, but the rice and elote were just okay. I would definitely reorder, but probably skip the elote!

The quesabirria is not like what you see on the internet most places. It is soft, not crunchy. But still phenomenal with the best meat texture and flavor.
