Chicken was not crispy, it was soggy. The size has gone down extremely, which for the price is ridiculous.
Chicken Shack used to be amazing and they seemingly gotten worse and worse over the last several months.

Chicken is always good. Onion rings were good. Their packaging needs to also be looked at- its so hot they melt.
