I love chicken shack! My favorite chicken in Hanford. However, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I'll pay for extra Sauces -Dippers - Dry Seasonings & will receive the wrong quantity or a completely different sauce (blue cheese instead of spicy blue cheese or spicy ranch). Sometimes Ill get a salad and it will be missing ingredients. It doesnt stop me from going there, but it sucks that I know I always have to triple check my order before leaving, or constantly asking for refunds on items i didnt receive. 

Hot wings and mango habanero wings were anything but hot my infant wouldn't have reacted to them. Macaroni salad tasted like it was sitting in watery mayo. Burger was nearly cooked rare and the patty was almost as flat and dry as a piece of paper. Best part of the meal? My kids pink lemonade.

Still good but I'm disappointed with the portion cut. Other restaurants will do a full plate, usually cheaper too

I like buffalo chicken fries. With ranch on top and buffalo sauce. I wish they consistently gave fresh fries. One time i ordered and they didn't follow instructions. And the fries were hard.

Buffalo Chicken Fries <</taggedItemId>> seemed like it was drowned in sauce to disguise a lack of chicken. Also found out I didn't have the iron stomach I always thought I had. I usually support local businesses and order from here every couple of months to see if anything has improved but for some while now its just been very sub par, especially with the price increases.
