42% abv - Our Natural Lager is exactly what the name suggests. Four ingredients go in and this beer comes out. Just hops, malt, water and yeast we don’t even filter it.

Because of that, our version has a hazy golden appearance that makes it different from most other lagers. The three varieties of noble Australian hops we add give off a subtle citrus aroma and provide very light bitterness. With a gentle, dry finish the Natural Lager is an easydrinking beer that’s best enjoyed cold when the weather’s hot.

6.3% abv - Hold fast. Crazy Ivan is a true-blue bucket of laughs. If you find yourself in close quarters with him, you’d better batten down the hatches, because you’ll be in for one hell of a night.

A classic West coast IPA. Big aromas of pine, orange citrus, tangerine & stone fruit. Medium to high bitterness. A full body with sweet malt notes & slight toffee notes. Full flavoured yet well balanced.

5.8% ABV - Raise a glass to our fearless brewers. Wide-eyed and bushy-browed, they scoured the globe in search of ingredients for this tropical treasure – a sweet brew of seductive nectar that will even sweep old sea dogs off their paws.

A well balanced & heavily hopped New England IPA. Big aromas of tropical fruits, mango, citrus,
passionfruit & guava. Low bitterness yet full flavoured with a juicy flavour profile.

USING SOME NEW & OLD TECHNIQUES TO BOTH BREWERIES & INSPIRED BY THE KILLER CALI IPA'S WE DRANK WHILE IN THE STATES. HOPPED WITH YCH 702 FLOWABLE HOP EXTRACT, HBC 586, SIMCOE & CITRA.

5.9% abv - 750ml bottle - A barrel aged ale made with regenerative organic grains, boiled with hops, gentian root and wormwood and fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW.

Wholly exposing and celebrating the intense, clean bitterness of gentian root in conjunction with the aromatics of wormwood. One for the earthy-bitter lovers out there.

The second release in a on going series exploring the herbs, fruits and spices which make apéritifs and digestifs so bloody delicious… the follow-on from the Amaro version.

Tasting notes:
Floral, pollen like herbaceousness, earthy spices and creamy raw nuts on the nose… vinous citrus, sweet fruits and spicy oak harmonise in the background. Earthy and grassy palate, brown spices and flavours of ginger and sweet citrus running through core. The unmistakable gentian derived bitterness comes racing though invoking flavours and impressions of negronis and amaro. It’s firm… but balanced. The aroma invokes a childhood

Wildflower - Amgrosia: Gentian

5% abv - Redolent of earthy juniper, with a sweet-tart backdrop. Up-front watermelon flavour drifts into a ridiculously refreshing tangy gin, with a hint of airy mint to cleanse the palate. Lingering sweet and aromatic notes leave you wanting more.

Sauce Brewing Co - Gin Melon Sour

250ml can - Limestone Coast, South Australia – Pleasing scents of white peach and stone fruit and creamy oak. The bold intense palate is rife with flavours of guava, melon, and peach coupled with light oak. Fresh acidity paves the way for a soft and dry finish

Chardonnay - Elephant in the Room 

187ml bottle - South Australia – Dark berries on the nose with a hint of bramble bitterness. Smooth, medium, body. Moderate acidity, moderately dry. Nice easy drinking.

Merlot - Minchinbury

250ml can - Limestone Coast, SA – Light crimson in the glass with aromas of plum cherry and hints of savoury complexity with some nicely integrated oak. The palate is lively with a core of supple red berry flavours enhanced by some captivating spice notes. Bright acidity and fine tannins provide definition to the long finish.

Pinot Noir - Elephant in the Room

200ml bottle - Orange, NSW – Aromas of green apple, lemon blossom and nashi pear. Zingy acidity on the palate with bright green apple and lemon sherbert

Yummy food,  plain jane was cooked well and the salad was crisp fresh and delicious

The prawns were delicious, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The chips were cold and undercooked, the schnitzel was soggy and cold. The garlic cream sauce was tasteless, the mushroom sauce was not fresh. The salad was fresh. The <<taggedItemId=878953296>>Apple Pie Bites<</taggedItemId>> however, were magnificent, as was the vanilla ice cream. I understand it was a late order on a Friday night, but the food has definitely been better.

Everything from the Monkey Bar  is always top notch. It's even better to dine in. Friendly staff, great food, what more can you ask for! Simply the best for Burger's.

The chicken schnitzel was a little overcooked but it was ok,  the salad and the chips were nice.  

This place is a must have now when in town, burgers are next level good and pay the extra for loaded fries you wont be disappointed 10/10
