as always, another amazing meal from portly pig, juicy and tender brisket, out of this world green beans and that street corn! fantastic as always

Worried the portions would be small, was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order the sliders with brisket again. 
The only thing that was not to my standard was the potato salad side included with the platter. It was too loose and light in flavor... maybe not enough mayonnaise? Next time I'm getting the mashed potatoes.
Nonetheless, would recommend people to give it a try!

I think it was spicy bourbon sauce, but I can't remember. It might've been hickory.

Great food but please double  check order, I asked for ribs and pulled pork but got chicken instead. Luckily I was able to trade with a friend who prefers chicken but Otherwise, everything tasted great.
