Im from Central Texas and have NEVER found fatty Brisket the way they make it back home. Until now!  This place does BBQ right! Everything was delicious; proportions were great; flavor and quality of food was handmade and excellent. 

Everything was delicious! The meats were moist and flavorful! The collards were ON POINT!  Sweet potato casserole, white coleslaw, okra, and cornbread were wonderful.

The ribs were delicious and fall of the bone tender, but the smoked turkey is dry!(Even with the sauce on it) It's always been moist and juicy in the past! The Mac and cheese is okay but it's not as good as it used to be, however the collard greens are better than they used to be!

We ordered two of the 2 meat plates.  one plate was ribs, and sausage, the other was burnt ends, and sausage.  we also had cornbread, Texas Toast, Collard Greens, Mac n Cheese, and sweet potatoes.  the quality, and amount of food you receive is worth every penny.  we LOVE Smoke Pitt!!!

The pork sliders were great and also the loaded baked potato was delicious. I always get the loaded baked potato because it constantly great!
