Always hit or miss. Pancakes are extremely dense. A slight change in the recipe, like beating the egg white into stiff peaks and folding  them into the batter would lighten them and make them Fluffy. 

Not only did they mess up my order so badly (half my stuff was missing) it wasn't very good either and way over priced for what I got

The  chick salad wrap had nothing but cartiage in the wrap. It was disgusting and wouldnt recommend.

vegan breakfast options are so free and far between.
