Tiger Fork always exceeds expectations!  Combo fried rice, ribs, pork belly, and cucumbers are favorite dishes among many. 

I've ordered the <<taggedItemId=8338454631>>Beef Chow Fun<</taggedItemId>> was extremely gristly & tough. I've had it via delivery many times and it's usually so tender you could eat it with a spoon. It seems like the beef hadn't finished braising, so the seared it quickly to make it look done, which is a rookie home cook mistake that made the meat incredibly tough. It was the first time I've eaten <<taggedItemId=8338454631>>Beef Chow Fun<</taggedItemId>> with a steak knife. About half was inedible gristle. It was perfectly seasoned. I would like a refund for the <<taggedItemId=8338454631>>Beef Chow Fun<</taggedItemId>>. 

<<taggedItemId=8338454632>>Chicken Dan Dan<</taggedItemId>> noodles were very soggy but the chicken & chili  crisp made it salvageable after a toss in a hot wok. The flavor was incredible so no refund requested.

I expect more from a $20 & $18 price point for Chinese takeout noodles.

The rice was tough. Meet over cooked. Seemed like it had been sitting in a  chafing dish to keep warm. 

Been coming to tiger fork solely for the fried rice dish. The shrimp, garlic, and scallion combo is just amazing. What tied it all together was the contrasting SWEET Chinese sausage. I guess they switched suppliers or changed up the recipe to a salty (very overly salty) version of the Chinese sausage and honestly made one of my all time favorite dishes now something I don't think i'd ever order again. The other items here are pretty good, but I am sad to say the star dish (at least in my opinion) is now something I'd recommend people avoid. Of course, please make your own judgements, but don't say I didn't warn you, the fried rice is basically a salt lick now
