I love Uba, but this time around I ordered 3 of them and they mixed up the size for 2 of them.

im so annoyed i waited an hour for this and they didnt even give me the base that i asked for, barely any  mango slices and the empanada wasn't even good

i really love this place and i always order the exact same thing but somehow they always mess it up. for my base i pick mango and i always see purple and i already know that's acai. like girl i didnt want that and i never do. i know i ate some of it in the photo but there was barely fruit and light nutella. pleaseeee just stop rushing my order it shows :((

Save your money! I order here like twice a week and they routinely mix up specific topping requests when I order multiple bowls. We're either missing toppings or our toppings are switched around, so no one is satisfied. The best they said they could do to resolve the inconvenience is remember better next time. Not worth the $200 we spend here a month.
